• September 2003 - Received Certified Professional Midwife credential (CPM) from NARM (National Association of Registered Midwives).

• September 2000 - Received license from the State of Colorado to practice direct-entry midwifery. Renewed November 2001, 2002, 2003.

• February 2000 - Certified in NELS (Newborn Emergency Life Support). Certified to carry Oxygen. Recertified 2002.

• 1993 - CPR certification for Health Care Providers. Recertified 1995, 1997, 2000, 2002, 2004.

• 1982 - Completed certification requirements to teach Sheila Kitzinger's method of childbirth and breastfeeding classes.
